WinterSewstice — December 14, 2014 @ 10:50 AM Reply I made the potato corn chowder yesterday for dinner, and it was totally awesome! I made a list and went to the store to get the ingredients, but I forgot the red bell pepper, and leeks, so I used green onions instead, and I thought I would have enough left over for at least lunch today, but NOT! My husband loved it, it was literally a bowlful left over this morning, and I ate that. I cooked up some bacon and crumbled it on top, and it got even better. I will definitely be making this again. I didn’t use the crockpot, I cooked it on top of the stove, but I think I would like to try this for next time. Thanks for the awesome recipe.
