You will need to keep the burgers cold and try to handle them as little as possible. The more you handle them, the more they will fall apart while cooking. Also, don’t flip them excessively. They become fragile and start to break apart if handled often.

This will depend on how well done you like your burgers. Beef burgers usually take 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Turkey burgers take 5 minutes per side.
What kind of seasoning to put on burgers?
For just a basic seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper are good. I also really like Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning. That is amazing!
