STUFFED PIZZA ROLLS

Here’s a dish to get you ready for the Super Bowl. These are the perfect finger food forthe biggame. You can stuff your favorite toppings inside the roll then dip them in warm marinara sauce.

You can make your own pizza dough or buy it. Check the bakery section of your grocery store. They often make fresh pizza dough balls and sell it which is sometimes so much easier when you’re short on time.

Make a quick Caesar salad and Voila, dinner!

HOW TO MAKE PIZZA ROLLS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly spray a large baking sheet or two pie pans.

Wow, made these last night and they were a hit!! I made the dough in my bread maker since my son has egg and tree nut allergies and the frozen dough had may contain on it. The recipe was so easy that once I rolled out the dough and cut it my 9yo daughter and 6yo son helped me make the rolls. They came out of the oven just perfect. I served with warm marinara sauce and a salad. i will be sending leftovers in their lunch today and saving a few for myself. Thank you for Sharing.

Ooo, you’ve reminded me of a pizza restaurant I visited in London (UK) back in 1987 – they made garlic bread using pizza dough with the garlic butter inside the dough. Garlicky, buttery bliss.

With homemade pizza dough lurking in the freezer I’ll have to make your recipe and attempt garlic butter ones too!

(for an added flavour lift, include some lemon juice in garlic butter – just delicious)
